Dear Dale,

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the Nevada Women's History Project second annual luncheon for writers and readers. This year's event is entitled, Mysteries for All Ages, and will feature over 30 authors.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2009, at the Atlantis Hotel in Reno in the Paradise Ballroom from 9:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Robyn Carr and Dale Brown will be our featured speakers and will discuss their methods of character development. Dave Finley will again be our Master of Ceremonies. He will introduce our authors and ask them questions about their books.

Will you please include information about the event on your web page so that your readers will know that you will be at the luncheon selling and autographing your books? We would appreciate any publicity which you can give us. I am sending you a copy of our flyer to print out and distribute. Please call me if you need further copies and I will get them to you.

If Barnes and Noble carries your books or can get them, then your books will be sold by them. If Barnes and Noble is not able to sell the books, then NWHP will sell them for you.

Your lunch will be provided by NWHP, and you will be asked to sit at a specific table for the lunch and program so that our attendees may get to know you.

We will be conducting a raffle, and you are asked to donate a signed copy of one or more of your books for the prize table.

Please arrive at the Atlantis Paradise Ballroom by 8:30 A.M. so that you will have the opportunity to set up your display table.
